General Pool Rules

These rules apply to every Nick's Sports Pools contest. Each contest page may include additional rules, scoring, and tiebreakers specific to that pool — those apply in addition to the rules below.

Eligibility & Entries

Must be 18 years or older to participate
Open to all participants unless otherwise noted on a specific contest
One account/entry per person unless the contest allows multiple entries
Participants are responsible for confirming that entering a paid-entry contest is permitted where they live

Payment Deadlines

Payment must be received by the contest deadline.

Unpaid entries are removed after the deadline.

Late Entries

No late entries allowed.

Payouts

Final payouts are based on the number of paid entries and are announced after registration closes
Winners are typically paid immediately of a contest's completion

Communication

Announcements, reminders, and access information are sent by email to registered participants, and posted on my Social Media sites.

Commissioner Decisions / Disputes

Nick (the commissioner) has final say on any disputes, rule interpretations, or edge cases not covered here.
